Do you often feel overwhelmed by other peoples’ energy or drained in certain environments or situations? You’re not alone. All of us who are empathic, intuitive, offer healing or engage in creative activities experience this to varying degrees. This is because being highly sensitive is our natural state. Unfortunately, the world can be very loud and chaotic, necessitating that we cultivate strong energetic practices.
